From 35 to 800 remote employees in 5 years.

Ryan Burke is a consultant on all things remote and a frequent speaker on scaling go-to-market teams and fostering culture in a distributed environment. Ryan was named a top Remote Enabler in the Remote Influencer Report from Remote.com (2022 and 2023).

Recently, Ryan was Chief Revenue Officer at Qatalog, a centralized operating system for companies that supports and enables distributed work.

Previous to Qatalog, Ryan was Senior Vice President at InVision, where he took the fully-remote design software company from 35 employees and $5M in annual revenue to over 800 employees and $100M just a few years later in a fully remote model, before Covid. InVision was one of the first and largest global companies to embrace remote work, and Ryan has been on the forefront of that shift ever since - an established voice on  the remote conference circuit and podcast guest.

Ryan is also a Limited Partner at the Remote First Fund and an angel investor and advisor specializing in remote companies.

Ryan lives with his family in Boston after returning from three years living in London. When he’s not evangelizing new ways of working, he’s spending time with his family, fishing, or managing the small oyster farm he owns in Plymouth, MA.
